How do I know which level should I choose?

When you get started, choose one of two tracks. Each is specifically focused on your needs and immediate health goals.


Track #1: Thyroid Foundation

If it’s been a while since you’ve stuck to a regular exercise routine, you’re struggling with sleep and energy, and still working on improving your blood work, then the Foundation program is for you. It will guide you through core bodyweight workouts, aerobics, and breathing exercises. These are essential to getting your body moving and back into balance.


Foundation is perfect for those who:

  • Haven’t worked out in a while
  • Experiencing negative health symptoms
  • Labs show thyroid, adrenal, or hormone imbalance
  • Are new to an exercise routine
  • Want to ease into a fitness program
  • Struggle with motivation or aren’t sure how to get started
  • Have little to no exercise experience or are unsure of what certain workouts are
  • Own no exercise equipment


Track #2: Elevation

If you’ve already nailed down the foundation and are ready to elevate your workouts, choose Elevation. It will introduce resistance training into your routine and help you build strength and stamina. So you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and better in your body.


Elevation is perfect for those who:

  • Currently work out regularly
  • Have fitness goals they are ready to
  • Are motivated to workout regularly and know the difference between a dumbbell and a kettlebell
  • Can easily workout for 30-60 minutes without getting overly tired

Once you’ve graduated from Elevation, you’ll unlock an upgrade to BodyShift, a more intensive track focused on weight loss and aerobics.

Does this program work for other autoimmune conditions (not just thyroid problems?)
Yes! The program is designed to shift your body into the parasympathetic state, which is perfect for thyroid and adrenal issues. But it’s also great for many other types of autoimmune problems. Why? Because the program is focused on reducing tension, stress, and fatigue that make seeing results with autoimmune issues so much easier.
How many days a week are there scheduled workouts?
Scheduled workouts occur 5 days a week. If you’re starting from zero, 5 workouts may seem like a lot. However, they are designed to gently help you build the habit and stamina to eventually feel excited about working out 5 days a week! Depending on your starting point, some of your workouts may just be walking and breathing exercises. For others, it may be light cardio or brief bodyweight workouts.
Are there scheduled times I have to do the workouts each day?
No. You can do the workouts whenever you’d like, any time of day, anywhere in the world. How long will I have access to the program?Your 6-month program comes with 6-month access.
If I miss a daily workout, can I replay it?
Absolutely! Because this program isn’t like an exercise class where you have to show up at a certain time, the daily workouts can be flexible. You can fit them within your schedule. Meaning, if you miss one, simply go back and replay it.
Do I need equipment?

We designed the program so that little-to-no equipment is required.

In fact, for the Foundation track, you do not need any equipment to do the workouts.

We added BONUS regeneration workouts, which are completely optional, that use a foam roller, trigger point balls (or tennis balls), and bands. But they are not required!

For the Elevation track, we recommend using either dumbbells or kettlebells for resistance and floor slides for a few exercises. This is more than enough to do virtually every exercise in the app and see amazing results.

On the equipment note: We do have a little surprise for members! Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll unlock a special discount from Plae Power Systems to order dumbbells, bands, etc., at a discount.

How long are the workouts?
Depending on your track, some workouts may start at a simple 20 minutes. Full-body exercises can last up to 60 minutes. Don’t worry, we’ll slowly build you up to longer and harder sessions (and be you’ll be excited for it!).
What is the app we need once we enrol?

The program is housed in the Thyroid & Thriveapp.

Within a few hours of signing up for the program, you will receive an email inviting you to join the Thyroid & Thrive app. You'll download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

And, if you’re concerned your comments, questions, or health information will be shared, don’t worry. Rest assured only your coaches will be able to access the information you give them to help you on your fitness journey.

How long are the workouts?
No need to worry about feeling confused or left behind. All 6-month and annual members get FREE access to our Thyroid & Thrive coaches. Monthly subscribers can get access to coaches for a small additional fee each month. We’ve also set up a private Facebook Group where you can connect with like-minded women going through the same journey!
Can you use this if you live outside of the US?
Will I be billed after my 6-month membership ends? Yes.
All subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel in advance.
At the end of my 6-month program, can I purchase the next phase?
Yes! We’ll send you an email about 2 weeks before your program ends to upgrade to the next level or keep going on your current plan.
How does the 7-day trial work?
When you sign up for the Thyroid and Thrive Program, your first 7 days are completely free. After 7 days, you will be charged monthly for the program. If you cancel within the first 7 days, your account will be canceled and you will not be charged.
